Glider Ab Workout

Today I am going to show you one of my favourite ab focused glider circuit. You can put this circuit at the end of your workout or even perform it on an off day. Or you can even do this circuit right before you go to the beach to get those abs pumped.

Say bye bye to those useless sit ups and enjoy real ab workouts that gets you real results.

Introducing the Glider Ab Workout:

Saw Plank w/Gliders – 10 Reps
Pike w/ Gliders – 10 Reps
Plank Side Touches – 10 Reps Each Side
Repeat For 3 Rounds
